GENERAL

By using any portion of www.Seventhouse.store, you automatically consent to the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these policies at any given time without prior notice. Once an order has been completed, you will receive an e-mail notification confirming placement of the order. This notification does not guarantee order completion and delivery.  In the rare occasion the item ordered is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible and allow you the opportunity to cancel your order; where-in a full refund is issued.

Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars. We reserve the right to alter prices at any given time without prior notice. We occasionally offer promotional discount codes during specified timeframes such as exclusive sales. Discount codes cannot be combined and can only apply to products that are not restricted.

All payments are transferred utilizing secure processing called SSL Encryption Technology, which is the industry standard. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is a protocol developed for the transmission of private information over the internet. SSL uses a private key to encrypt your data, including your credit card information, so that it cannot be read while being transferred over the internet.

Sales Tax

Sales Tax is charged to those orders shipped within the state of Massachusetts. All apparel including hats is under tax exempt. Individual clothing items costing more than $175 is luxury taxable on the amount over the basic exemption. Thus, the tax on a $200 apparel item would be $1.57 — 6.25% of the $25 taxable amount.  Shipping is also taxed. Sales tax is not charged to orders made outside of the state of Massachusetts.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to fulfill all orders as soon as possible. We offer a cost-based shipping system. Domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground. International orders are shipped via either USPS Priority or UPS World Expedited. Customers will be notified of a proper tracking number for your order once it has been fulfilled. The following timeline can be utilized strictly as a guideline for estimate delivery times:

  • Domestic: UPS Ground / 7 – 13business days
  • International: USPS Priority 4/ 7 – 9 business days
  • International: UPS World Expedited / 3 – 5 business days

Please note delivery times may vary depending on location, and we do not guarantee these delivery times due to third-party factors beyond our control. We also ask our international customers to kindly provide a telephone number when placing your orders. This will help tremendously in making sure orders are cleared through customs and arrive in your hands in a proper time frame.

 
For Domestic USA Orders: If you refuse your package/s based on either not being able to retrieve from UPS access point or after multiple attempts to be contacted by UPS per their protocol, and then it is returned to Sender (Seventh House), we will issue you a refund for the item/s only and keep the shipment fee for restock.  If you would like to then have it resent back out you will be charged a shipping fee.

Returns & Exchanges

Returned items must be in unused, resalable condition with all original packaging intact and price tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns we deem as having been worn, especially in the case of swimwear. Underwear cannot be returned unless in its original sealed packaging. We will not accept any returns delivered to us without any prior communication and written agreement between us and the customer. Please make sure all items to be returned are properly packaged and traceable with a proper tracking number. We do not accept or assume responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods while in transit from the customer. Once the returned items have been inspected and confirmed, a full refund will be issued to the customer – which does not include the original cost of postage and packaging. ALL SALES ON DISCOUNTED MERCHANDISE ARE FINAL.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Customers requesting cancellation and refund of an order after fulfillment will be charged the shipping cost as a restock fee.

 

Privacy

Seventh House keeps all personal account information private and will never share, sell, or solicit this with any outside affiliations or individuals. All information is always secured and encrypted with the Secure Socket Layer Software.

FINE PRINT

Interpretation
In these Terms and Conditions ( Terms ), the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings: “the Buyer” means the person, firm or company who purchases Goods from the Company: “the Company” means Seventh House LLC; “Contract” means the contract between the Company and the Buyer which shall be deemed to incorporate these Terms; “Goods” means any goods agreed in the Contract to be supplied by the Company to the Buyer; “Place of Delivery” means the place to which the Goods are to be delivered. In these Terms, reference to any statute or statutory provision shall be construed as a reference to such statute or statutory provision as amended, modified, re-enacted or replaced from time-to-time. 

 

Use of the Site & Prohibitions
The Site allows you to shop online. However, you are prohibited to do the following acts, to wit: (a) use our sites, including its services and or tools if you are temporarily or indefinitely suspended from using our sites, services, or tools (b) posting of an items in inappropriate category or areas on our sites and services; (c) collecting information about users’ personal information; (d) post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content; (e) take any action that may damage the rating system.

For you to complete the sign-up process in our site, you must provide your full legal name, current address, a valid email address, and any other information needed in order to complete the signup process. You must qualify that you are 18 years or older and must be responsible for keeping your password secure and be responsible for all activities and contents that are uploaded under your account. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. Minors under 18 years old can only use our services with the prior consent of their parents or guardians. 

 

Fraud 
Fraudulent activities are highly monitored in our site and if fraud is detected www.Seventhouse.store shall resort all remedies available to us, and you shall be responsible for all costs and legal fees arising from these fraudulent activities.

 

Delivery
Any dates specified by the Company for delivery of the Goods are intended to be an estimate only. If no date is specified for delivery of the Goods, delivery shall be within a reasonable time. Subject to the other provisions of these Terms, the Company shall not be liable for any loss, whether direct or consequential, economic or loss of profits or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly out of any delay in the delivery of the Goods nor will any delay entitle the Buyer to terminate or rescind the Contract unless the delay exceeds 60 days.

 

Payment
Payment of the price of the Goods shall be due before the goods are shipped. Payment shall not be deemed to have taken place until the receipt by the Company of cleared funds.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@seventhouse.store with your order receipt number and updated address. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped.

We offer a hassle-free return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure that the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. For more details, please refer to our Return Policy on our website.

Seventhouse.store accepts the following payment methods:

Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.

Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipment. A temporary hold will be placed on your credit card for the full amount when you place your order. Once we have verified your card details and received credit authorization, we will prepare your order for shipping and charge the full amount. If for any reason, the temporary hold on your credit card fails or expires, we will contact you via email to reprocess the payment.

Seventhouse.store features a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you do not have to re-enter them for future purchases.

Apple Pay: Shop easily without having to manually enter your credit card details or other personal information on the website. You will be charged once the items are shipped. 

PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website. Your account will be charged once the items are shipped. To register for a PayPal account, visit paypal.com. Please note PayPal is not offered as a payment option for Pre-Orders.

Yes, you can cancel or modify your order by contacting us at info@seventhouse.store. Please provide your order receipt number and your name when reaching out.

We ask that you return the package to us after it has been delivered, as indicated in our Return Policy.

You can reach our customer service team by emailing us at info@seventhouse.store or by reaching out in our connect with us page. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours. For urgent matters, please include "Urgent" in the subject line of your email.

The amount paid is lower when, at the time the order is dispatched, one or more of the items is not available. The amount charged will correspond to the value of the items that were shipped.

When more than one product is ordered, products may ship at different times depending on stock’s location (i.e., warehouse, stores, etc.). You may see separate charges on your bank statement in this case

Sales tax is applied to your order in accordance with individual state and local regulations depending on the shipping address and location of seventhouse.store, company establishments or partners located in that state. An estimated tax charge is added to your order during the checkout process, and the exact charges will be calculated automatically upon order shipment based on the shipping address zip code. The final amount taxed will be equal to or less than the Estimated Sales Tax and will be indicated on your completed order invoice.

Pre-Order items are products from the most recent collection that can be reserved in advance within a limited timeframe. When purchasing a Pre-Order item, you will be among the first to reserve a product in your preferred style and size. The expected shipping date for Pre-Order items will be clearly noted on the product page. This date is only an estimate and is subject to change. Please note, Pre-Ordered items are not guaranteed. If for any reason we are not able to fulfill your Pre-Order, we will refund you the full amount of the Pre-Order. You may always return an item or cancel your Pre-Order based on our online return policy, and you will only be charged at the time of shipment. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your order. You may always contact our carrier for any questions regarding your shipment.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@seventhouse.store with your order receipt number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Generally, we recommend washing items in cold water and hanging them to dry. Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents, and iron on low heat if necessary.
